Jack Phillipson

Account Manager

After studying a National Diploma course in corporate hospitality, Jack took the opportunity to travel internationally, spending two years travelling and working in resort hotels and restaurants in both the Mediterranean and New Zealand.

 

Upon returning to the UK Jack moved into the casual dining restaurants sector, where he spent  nine years working in a range of front of house and management roles with some leading restaurant groups, before moving into recruitment with Evolve Hospitality, as a dedicated permanent Chef recruiter in May 2019.

 

Jack has worked across all three brands in the Evolve group, and he has also enjoyed a short six month spell as an In-house talent acquisition Manager for a leading international restaurant group.

 

Jack brings a wealth of all round recruitment experience to the Collins King & Associates team.   He is a passionate foodie, with a good knowledge of the London restaurant market.  Jack is responsible for placing Chefs within the commercial sector.
