My client manages the catering hospitality and events at the independent school in the Kent area

As the Student Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the student experience.

You will be responsible for using media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of my client and their customers.

• Planning publicity strategies and marketing campaigns
• Organising and attending promotional events
• Editing and promoting digital ordering tools
• Managing customer feedback by measuring customer satisfaction, responding to feedback in a timely manner and advise on customer expectations
• Managing social media accounts
• Working closely with the school’s team on activities related to sustainability
• Creating annual plan of events to engage with students
• Building strong relationships with the clients, Student Union and the schools communication teams
• Client / Customer Communication
• Marketing and Social Media Strategy
• Feedback
• Mystery Dining Programme
