Working in a key leadership role within the kitchen brigade of one of London’s most respected clubs. As Sous Chef, you’ll be instrumental in the overall running of the three kitchens, helping to ensure the exceptional standards and continuing an excellent reputation that’s already been built.

About You

A classically trained Sous Chef who has gained experience within leading hotels, clubs and event caterers at Sous level or a Junior Sous Chef ready for progression.

A positive leader who will help motivate and mentor a large team, whilst promoting the company values. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
