The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef on-site with the day-to-day running of the kitchen. The Sous Chef will also help the team produce some of the best staff dining and hospitality offerings in London

Producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly prestigious site. This is an excellent role for an ambitious Sous Chef to show off and utilise skills of bold flavours, seasonal menu creation and presentation.

With paid overtime, the package for this Sous Chef position will be around £43k per annum
