The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef on-site with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, which has a team of 14. The Sous Chef will also help the team produce some of the best Hospitality in London.

Producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly prestigious site. This is an excellent role for an ambitious Sous Chef to show off and utilise skills of bold flavours, seasonal menu creation and presentation.

With paid overtime, the package for this Sous Chef position will be around £50k per annum
