The Sous Chef will support the onsite Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen managing a team of 11. The Sous Chef will be supporting the team with the production of some of the best staff dining and retail offers in London.
Producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly prestigious unit delivering daily employee dining. This is an excellent role for an ambitious Sous Chef to show off and utilise skills of bold flavours, seasonal menu creation and presentation.
They are looking for a Sous Chef from a similar environment profile site with high standards of food preparation.
