A leisure and events venue based in Southwest London is looking for a dynamic and operational Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef in the running of the venue’s multi outlets which include retail spaces, hospitality, and C&E.
The Sous Chef will work alongside the current Head Chef and backfill with freelance and agency Chefs on busy days.
The venue is a 7-day operation, and the Sous Chef position will include evenings and weekends.
The salary for the Sous Chef position is up to £41k per annum.
