My client is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Sales Manager for their growing team in London. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging B2B partners, driving revenue growth, and supporting the EMEA strategy. This KPI-driven role focuses on achieving targets, winning new sales contracts, and managing key partner relationships.

About You
  • A solid black book of industry contacts is essential.
  • Strong P&L management and financial performance skills are required.
  • Proven sales experience in travel, aviation, MICE, or hospitality industries.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, KPI-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of the aviation market and financial services is a plus.
  • Multi-language skills and a UK driving licence are desirable.
