A dynamic events company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its client base. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role involves leading sales efforts, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to secure new business. Responsibilities include generating revenue, identifying new opportunities, leading the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring and motivating the sales team, networking at industry events, collaborating with marketing on campaigns, ensuring high standards in event execution, and overseeing pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.

About You

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales leader with a passion for the events or hospitality industry. With at least 5 years of experience, they will have a strong network, a proven track record in hitting sales targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
