You will be responsible for all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and development. Responsabilities
- Proven experience in HR within luxury hospitality, ideally in hotels.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a hands-on and approachable style.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Based locally or within a reasonable commute to St Albans.
