Sales Coordinator – London Venue

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be reporting into a Sales Manager and will support with the developing and implementing of effective sales strategies while also creating and executing marketing campaigns that align with my client’s business objectives. You’ll play a key role in promoting my client’s events venue, building relationships with potential customers, and supporting overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 80% reactive sales – answering event and catering enquires, converting into sales
  • Support in the evelopment and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote brand awareness
  • Support market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential customer segments
  • Support and update content on their website and social media channels
  • Aattend industry events, trade shows, and webinars to represent the company.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, ideally within the Events Market
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
