A prestigious private members club in Central London is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the smooth running and profitability of our Member’s Dining area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operations run seamlessly within set budgets, maintaining consistently high standards of service across all departments, and fostering personal connections with the members and guests.

About You

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a private members club or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding Member expectations.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimise operational efficiency.
