My client is a leading provider of high-quality catering services to company head offices and work places, dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. They are looking for a dynamic Operations Support Manager to join their team and help them maintain their reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Unit Managers with the daily catering operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure that each site complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor budgets and control costs to maximise profitability.
• Support with unit auditing and end of month accounts
• Training and onboarding

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in group / area management from a multi-site contract caterer.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
