Commercial contract catering company with a great mix of clients in media, finance and government are looking for an Operations Director for their London Business. The Operations Director will manage 3 Operation Managers in a patch that generates over £30m.

Role Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Director will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, team management, budgeting, and ensuring high levels of client interaction.  Ensuring innovation, and accountable for the business commercial performance, through proactive strategic planning and value propositions.  The Operations Director will also focus on maximising contract retention and upselling of the contracts.

• Operations Director experienced gained within Contract Catering
• Analytical Skills and Budgeting experience
• Strong focus on Customer Service
