About this role

My client is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Meeting & Events Sales Executive to join their vibrant team in central London. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, including conferences and meetings for up to 450 guests. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth event delivery, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Maximise sales opportunities and manage bookings
  • Conduct show-rounds and provide event support
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues as they arise
  • Ensure accounting procedures are followed and invoices are processed promptly
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve weekly sales targets
About You
  • Previous experience in Meetings & Events, ideally within a hotel or conference venue
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with OPERA Cloud and Delphi systems
