Junior Operations Manager

They are looking to recruit a General Manager / Junior Operations Manager who is passionate about food and saving the planet, driven by sales, and eager to be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to culinary excellence.

This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across my clients’ London locations.

The General Manager / Junior Operations Manager will ensure the highest quality of food, service and ethics, whilst wholeheartedly caring for their people, local communities and the planet.

Role

• Oversee daily operations across the London locations.
• Build relationships with clients, customers and team members.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to across all locations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies.
• Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Oversee location finances, P&L’s and profit delivery

Preferred experience

• Contract Catering experience from the B&I market
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
• Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational planning.
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Salary £55,000 – £60,000
