Great opportunity for a talented, ambitious Head Chef to join this outstanding Contract Caterer to be based in the Southwark area. As Head Chef on this contract, you will be engaging, personable and able to build relationships easily with the on-site client. The site is due to be fully operational in early 2025.

The Head Chef will be responsible for all Hospitality, Retail and Events offerings within the building which will have 3000 employees once full. You will have a team of up to 13 within your brigade to facilitate the food offering.

The Head position is paying up to £60k per annum. The successful Head will need to have at least 3 years experience in B+I corporate catering in the UK.
