Key Responsibilities

Menu Creation: Design and deliver innovative, seasonal menus highlighting locally sourced, high-quality ingredients.
Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop your kitchen team to achieve outstanding results.
Operational Management: Oversee stock control, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure product quality and consistency.
Collaboration: Partner with the front-of-house team to create a seamless, exceptional guest experience.

Head Chef requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-standard establishment (rosette experience is a plus).
A track record of success in creative menu development and cost control.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Financial acumen to manage budgets effectively and maximise profitability.
A guest-focused approach and passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
