As the Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel based in Cayman Islands, you will provide comprehensive hospitality support to the General Manager, ensuring that exceptional quality and service are consistently delivered to our owners and guests. You will lead and mentor the F&B team, oversee all aspects of service preparation and delivery, and maintain high standards of customer care and operational efficiency. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to enhance the overall guest experience and uphold the values and vision of the establishment.
