A prestigious luxury retail store in Leeds is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager. The ideal Food & Beverage Manager will cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, brands, and the team, while developing innovative concepts to enhance our hospitality offerings and drive growth. This role involves effective communication with key stakeholders and in-store teams, as well as regular progress reporting. The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee multiple sites, ensuring high standards, managing the team, and delivering luxury service to customers.

About You

• Have experience at a Senior Hospitality Management level.
• Have experience in Fine Dining/Luxury Hotel management.
• Have experience hosting Corporate/Client events.
• Be a Personal Licence holder.
• Be passionate and forward-thinking.
• Enjoy being creative with the best ingredients.
• Have a keen eye for detail.
• Possess excellent planning and organising skills.
• Be skilled in managing a highly skilled team.
• Be computer literate.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be motivated by new concept development.
