We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to join the innovative culinary team of our bespoke school catering client.

The successful candidate for the role of Chef Manager will lead a team striving to creatively engage students with their food offering, developing innovative and seasonal menus that showcase ingredients and cater to diverse dietary needs.

You will be joining a growing independent caterer delivering a progressive offering to students.

About You

·Have a key understanding of Food Safety, Health & Safety and allergens.

·Be able to foster a culture whereby the team takes a conscientious approach to key company values such as sustainability and integrity.

·Possess strong people skills, adept at deal with clients and junior team members alike.

·Have strong management skills, being keen and able to motivate and develop the kitchen team.
