Reporting to the Lounge Manager, you will oversee the daily operations within the private dining and lounge areas, working closely with the events, kitchen, and sommelier teams to execute seamless events and provide outstanding guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, overseeing training, and improving team performance to consistently exceed service standards and optimise operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Private Dining Room (PDR) management and experience coordinating events within a high-end dining environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a passion for team development and delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of fine wines is desirable, as is a commitment to creating a sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere for both members and guests.
