A high-end dining establishment in the heart of Mayfair, is seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant Head Sommelier to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting the Head Sommelier in delivering an exceptional wine experience, maintaining an extensive wine program, and ensuring seamless wine service for guests.

About you:

• Previous experience as a Sommelier or Assistant Head Sommelier in a fine dining or Michelin-starred establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of wines, regions, and food pairings.
• Strong passion for wine and hospitality, with a guest-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• WSET Level 3 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK.
