A rural destination in the Surrey Hills has grown over the decades into a popular site featuring a variety of attractions, including a bustling Café that welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. The team is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for the newly refurbished Café, which offers a vibrant, family-friendly environment. With no night shifts, this role supports the Café Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced yet balanced setting.

About You

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role and barista experience
• Skills: Strong communication, proactive attitude, and professional manner under pressure
• Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and passionate about hospitality
• Own transport would be beneficial as it is a country getaway.
