We are currently recruiting for an Executive Chef for a family-owned and operated, multi-faceted visitor attraction in South Yorkshire.
The Catering, Food & Beverage operation comprises several restaurants, several seasonal retail catering outlets, an onsite bakery, onsite butchers and a central production kitchen that produces a range of fresh ‘ready meals’.
We are therefore looking to recruit an Executive Chef who can demonstrate a stable and progressive craft-based background, gained in high volume multi-faceted, multi-outlet catering operations, with turnovers over £4 million per annum.
This a senior-level appointment, and the successful candidate for the role of Executive Chef will report directly to the board of Directors and will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running, and long-term direction of the Catering and Food & Beverage operation at the venue, including leading a team of over 175 full and part-time staff, and the management of all Health & Safety and Food Safety systems and procedures.
