We really want to get know YOU! At Collins King & Associates, we offer a very personable service. We don’t want to be an anonymous telephone voice. We endeavour to build lasting relationships with our candidates. Meeting face to face or via video call enables us to ensure a more accurate match in your job search. We will sit down with you and talk through your background and career to date. We want to know what motivates you, why you are working in hospitality, your reasons for moving job, and your future career aspirations. We can advise on CV layout, and prepare you for interview.
We will present your formatted, in-depth CV to our client, who will then decide if they would like to take you forward to an interview stage. If successful, we will ensure you are nothing short of well prepared for your interview. Prior to your interview, we will present to you an in-depth brief of the company, current team, company culture, benefits, who you are meeting and of course, locality.
We will be in contact in build up to your interview, ensuring any questions and queries are fully answered. The interview process can sometimes be a long process, often comprising of 2 – 3 stages of interviews, assessments/observations or trials. Rest assured that we ‘have your back’ every step of the way. We will give you honest and constructive feedback throughout the interview process. Taking all factors into account, we will endeavour to represent you in the most professional way possible way, to ensure the best possible outcome.
After conducting your interviews, assessments and trials, if successful, our client will then look to make you an offer. We will then liaise on your behalf between both parties to advise and discuss your offer, the salary and benefits, and look to ensure that you secure the overall best package. We then start to bridge that gap between you and your new employer, ensuring that your on-boarding process is as smooth and as communicative as possible.
CONGRATULATIONS, you’ve smashed it and your new role awaits! In the build up to your first day in your new job, we will endeavour to ensure that you have everything you need to hit the floor running. From administration and onboarding, to who you are reporting into on your first day.
